The program Absences is freely accessible to everyone.
There is a small documentation (see also examples).
Set up a new absence list with Make a new ID.
Input:
- use your own ID or the generated random string
- Title: Enter title
- Enter your name and your own email address
- Specify 3 passwords (e.g. password 3 for settings, others blank)
- click on 'Make a new ID'
Add individual users in Settings.
Consider beforehand how users should be entered (arranged alphabetically):
- last name first name, first name last name, abbreviation, number+name, _name (at the end)
Settings:
= line 'List of names:' ... 'add new name'
- Enter name to be added
- Click 'add new name'
= Line 'Add name in month:'
- Select name to add
- Set start month and end month
- Click 'add name in month'
Change settings (if necessary):
- Passwords
- Colors
- Attributes for each name |
