Help for PC - Hardware and Software

Remote control / support: Connection with your computer

Please do the following steps:

• software: AnyDesk
  
  • download the software for PC (MS Windows XP, 7, 8.x, 10, 11) or Mac (Apple macOS) or Linux (deb) or Linux (tar.gz) or Android and save it on the desktop (PC, Mac)
  • start from the desktop the software AnyDesk_Custom_Client.exe (PC) or AnyDesk_Custom_Client.dmg (Mac)
  • communicate me the ID and confirm access to your computer
  • (other platforms (Android, FreeBSD, iOS, Linux, macOS, Rasperry Pi, Windows)
• software: TeamViewer (Version 12)
  
  • download the software for PC or Mac or Linux and save it on the desktop
  • start from the desktop the software TeamViewerQS_en_12.exe (PC) or TeamViewerQS_en_12.dmg (Mac)
  • communicate me the ID and the password
• now I can access to your computer and may help you
